Menu Assistance
Offer comprehensive support in building, structuring, and managing menus across multiple platforms, including Registers, Kiosks, and Mobile Ordering systems. This includes creating an intuitive, user-friendly menu layout, setting up categories and subcategories, and ensuring that items are easy to locate and rearrange. We can also assist with implementing seasonal updates, promotions, and other adjustments to maintain a dynamic, relevant menu.
Image and Branding Assistance for Kiosk and Mobile Ordering
Collaborate on campus branding initiatives, providing guidance and support for uploading and organizing high-quality images and branded content across platforms. For Kiosks, this includes advertisements, screensavers, subcategory visuals, and item imagery. For Mobile Ordering systems, support includes uploading cover photos, images for items and categories, location icons, and other branding elements to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing user experience that aligns with campus identity.
Deliver customized training sessions tailored to staff needs on both Point of Sale (POS) and Mobile Ordering systems. This includes initial training for new users, refresher courses, and specialized sessions for advanced functionality. Our training ensures all staff are proficient in system operation, troubleshooting common issues, and handling updates and modifications with confidence.
